Days 1–30: diagnose and baseline

Map the customer journey, channel economics, conversion rates, CRM lifecycle, follow-up, sales process, team ownership, and reporting. Establish the few numbers that leadership will use to judge progress.

Days 31–60: implement the highest-leverage changes

Improve the positioning, campaign structure, landing paths, qualification, routing, nurture, sales enablement, and dashboards that are most likely to influence revenue quickly.

Days 61–90: stabilize and transfer

Document the operating cadence, train owners, establish testing priorities, and make sure reporting can distinguish activity from meaningful commercial progress.

What success looks like

The company should have clearer economics, faster decision-making, stronger execution, and an operating system the internal team can continue improving after the engagement.
